As Manager, Website Publishing and Governance, you will be joining the Engage, Explore and Retain Team to drive excellence in NAB’s domestic account-to-account payment capability across the business.

Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To

• Team management of 12 AUS and 10 NICV team members
• Risk ownership of all customers facing content for flagship website
• Ownership of delivery of change (~400+ requests per month)
• Improve and maintain team engagement (heartbeat) scores
• Maintain days in office requirements for reporting KPI’s
• AEM web production governance and website hygiene stance
• Uplift ways of working to meet metrics to meet reporting KPI’s
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in team management, preference with on and offshore teams.
• Managing website content and governance in a CMS system, preference Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Technical knowledge for AEM componentisation, using out of the box functionality and governance in customisation.
• Technical knowledge in automation and API integrations
• Experience in website governance and hygiene best practices
• Experience in risk mitigation
• Experience in workflow pipelines, capacity planning, delivery of projects for digital.
• Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results for large projects.
