An exciting opportunity for a Manager, Website Publishing and Governance to lead a team of web producers, digital triage leads and AEM specialists across Australia and Vietnam, as part of the Engage, Explore and Retain team, delivering exceptional website customer experiences.
As Manager, Website Publishing and Governance, you will be joining the Engage, Explore and Retain Team to drive excellence in NAB’s domestic account-to-account payment capability across the business.

As Manager, Website Publishing and Governance, you will be joining the Engage, Explore and Retain Team to drive excellence in NAB’s domestic account-to-account payment capability across the business.
Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To
- Team management of 12 AUS and 10 NICV team members
- Risk ownership of all customers facing content for flagship website
- Ownership of delivery of change (~400+ requests per month)
- Improve and maintain team engagement (heartbeat) scores
- Maintain days in office requirements for reporting KPI’s
- AEM web production governance and website hygiene stance
- Uplift ways of working to meet metrics to meet reporting KPI’s
- Proven experience in team management, preference with on and offshore teams.
- Managing website content and governance in a CMS system, preference Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Technical knowledge for AEM componentisation, using out of the box functionality and governance in customisation.
- Technical knowledge in automation and API integrations
- Experience in website governance and hygiene best practices
- Experience in risk mitigation
- Experience in workflow pipelines, capacity planning, delivery of projects for digital.
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results for large projects.
