In the role of Senior Consultant Communications, Change & Engagement you will join NAB’s Personal Banking Enablement team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the communications for key strategic and BAU initiatives and events for Personal Bank.
- Prepare communications plans and provide communications advice and expertise to support the achievement of Personal Bank’s strategic ambitions.
- Develop compelling narrative and key messages, that clearly articulate a compelling case, driving the required change or engagement to enable benefit realisation.
- Produce communications for the business, including emails, Executive and Leader speaking points, presentation packs, intranet copy, social media posts and videos etc.
- Manage forums and events (face-to-face and online) for the business, including agenda/content recommendations, coordination and briefing of speakers and development of associated supporting communications materials.
- Manage approval with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communications.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to less senior communications professionals as required.
- Extensive experience within an internal, change or external communications role ideally within Banking and Finance and/or across a large enterprise corporate business.
- Proven ability to navigate through the project lifecycle, from ambiguity to clarity.
- Deliver to and work within tight deadlines, while juggling multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence outcomes and delivery.
- Highly organised and analytical eye for attention to detail.
