In the role of Consultant, Simplification Analytics, you will join our Simplification Analytics Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Carry out rapid analytics to generate valuable and timely insights for Enterprise Simplification Project.
• Carry out ETL for Process Mining by creating event and case log tables using Databricks.
• Work with analytics partners and business SMEs to curate data and shape insights.
• Identify areas of complexity across the enterprise which will enable simplification.
• Facilitate better customer & colleague outcomes and enable technology modernisation.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience with data transformation and ETL, especially SQL in Databricks.
• Solid experience in a data analytics role, with a good understanding of descriptive analytics and basic data science concepts.
• Effective communications with non-technical and technical colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity around requirements.
• Some experience leading or guiding analytics work and supporting team delivery.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Banking products and process knowledge is a plus.
