In the role of Senior Analyst, Business Unit Support (Cards and WL Product), you will join a team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple and owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Triage and resolve outliers identified by the Continuous Monitoring Framework, collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate implementation of control changes driven by internal policy or external regulatory updates
  • Monitor and execute control-related activities (e.g., annual reminders, T&C control schedules)
  • Provide ad-hoc support for risk or compliance projects and take ownership of any events raised

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Deep dive analysis, investigative mindset and problem solving
  • Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills and ideally exposure to PowerBI
  • Requirements gathering and prioritisation particularly in data/consumer products
  • Experience in interpreting data outputs and summarising findings ​
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate business value and influence prioritisation decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
