In the role of Consultant Content Creation, you will join the Office of the Group Executive, Technology & Enterprise Operations – and a team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Create scroll-stopping multimedia content - from posts and videos to graphics, blogs and more - bringing T&EO’s brand voice to life.
  • Shape and deliver bold, innovative content strategies across social, web and email that cut through and connect.
  • Power events, leadership updates and thought leadership with high‑impact digital storytelling.
  • Own and manage the content calendar, balancing creativity with strong planning and prioritisation.
  • Consistently deliver high‑quality, highly shareable content that resonates with diverse audiences and builds community.
  • Grow engagement and interaction across both established and emerging digital platforms.
  • Use data and insights to optimise content, continuously refining what works and why

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in digital content, social or community management, with a track record of building and engaging audiences.(experience in health tech or B2B/B2C SaaS a plus).
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design and multimedia.
  • Hands‑on experience with social scheduling tools, analytics platforms and email marketing systems
    (AI tool capability is a plus).
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Flexibility with being face-to-face with the team and stakeholders for this particular role
  • A creator mindset — you’re passionate about digital storytelling, brand building and audience engagement.
  • Energy, adaptability and initiative, thriving in a dynamic, high‑pace environment.
