We’re looking for an experienced Interest Rate Risk Management Dealer to join our NSW Markets team and play a central role in delivering risk management solutions to Business Bank customers. This pivotal position will see you charged with delivering high quality interest rate risk management solutions to business customers across a range of industries.

In the role of Interest Rate Risk Management Dealer you will join the NSW Rates team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to build deep customer relationships, identify opportunities and develop tailored risk management strategies. You’ll do this by maintaining an in‑depth understanding of financial products, market conditions, and customer needs.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • AFMA qualifications and financial markets dealing experience preferred
  • Solid financial markets knowledge and can drive awareness with business partners
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and provide risk management solutions
  • Demonstrated sales, pricing, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Passion to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities to bring the best of NAB to customers.
