In the role of Tech Analyst Lead, you will be part of our Data Technology team, doubling down on moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:

• Designing, coding, testing, and installing application programs, either in one major language or across multiple platforms
• Developing operating and system documentation
• Working with users to evaluate IT application and equipment requirements
• Ensuring systems are developed within agreed budgets and timeframes, while meeting required design and security standards
• Providing technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the applications development team

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Advanced skills and knowledge of Databricks and IFW
• Advanced knowledge of AI tooling and how it can support data pipeline builds
• Knowledge of open‑source programming principles
• Ability to understand user needs and translate them into well‑designed solutions
• Ability to drive builds to meet requirements and ensure testing assures solutions are built as intended
• Advanced skills in data pipeline builds, with the ability to identify efficiency opportunities and drive them to fruition
• Deep experience delivering data projects
• Deep experience implementing new data platforms and onboarding data to hydrate the data lake
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data platforms
• Experience with the Databricks platform (preferred)
