In the role of a Senior Business and Performance Manager, you will join the Fraud Operations Team and help shape the strategic and operational health of Fraud Operations.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Design and lead the global workforce strategy, including people planning, organisational design, transitions and operating model changes.
  • Own financial management for Fraud Operations, including budget oversight, cost optimisation, financial modelling and executive reporting.
  • Lead capacity, productivity and performance management, using demand forecasting, utilisation and defined productivity frameworks.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement, partnering with Analytics and Operations to remove bottlenecks and embed automation and lean practices.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, People & Culture and Operations, shaping decisions and aligning outcomes to strategy.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing large budgets and complex financial models.
  • Extensive experience in business operations, performance management, workforce strategy or organisational design, ideally within financial services or fintech.
  • Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into clear, executive‑level insights (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
  • Experience working with global, 24/7 operational environments, including leading transitions and scaled teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
