As the Senior Consultant, Performance and Reward, you will be part of our Rewards team that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of Specialist Incentive Plans for key revenue generating roles across our commercial divisions
- Partner closely with Business, Finance, Risk and People & Culture colleagues to ensure incentive plans are commercially effective, risk‑aligned and operationally deliverable
- Ensure Sedgwick, CPS 511 and relevant governance committee requirements are met
- Be the link between business strategy, performance outcomes and reward, ensuring incentive frameworks drive the right behaviours, customer outcomes and long‑term value creation
- Ensure reward decisions meet regulatory, risk and enterprise requirements.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:
- Advanced Reward expertise across remuneration frameworks, incentive design, governance and performance management within tier 1 banking essential
- Demonstrated experience leading the design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of Specialist Incentive Plans for revenue-generating roles
- Ability to translate complex data, regulatory, risk and remuneration concepts into practical business solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to shape outcomes and achieve strategic initiatives
