As the Business Analyst, 6 month fixed term contract, you will be part of the People & Culture team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide business analyst support, as well as planning and conducting testing for ServiceNow HR system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across People & Culture and Technology teams to help define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical requirements and support testing activities within the ServiceNow HR system environment.
• Partner with key stakeholders across business and technology to understand priorities and ensure delivery and operations are in line with business objectives for ServiceNow HR system.
• Support activities from discovery through to implementation, including documenting requirements, writing stories, process mapping, testing activities and supporting some change management activities.
• Develop methods, standards, checklists, procedures, business tools, communication materials and templates to support operations, engagement and testing activities as required for ServiceNow HR system.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Business Analyst role within a large scale organisation coupled with working knowledge of ServiceNow HR system.
• Proven knowledge of ServiceNow (end user, tester, technology roles) is preferred.
• Hands on expertise in use of automation/productivity tools with ServiceNow and proven functional testing experience.
• Experience and knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery is preferred.
• Sound communication, problem solving and analytical skills coupled with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to stakeholders.
• Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.
