In this Region Manager VIC South West role you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of Small Business Bankers to deliver strong financial and customer outcomes
• Drive new-to-bank acquisition while optimising existing customer relationships
• Build and maintain a high-performance, customer-centric culture across the region
• Manage regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular performance conversations and capability uplift
• Represent the organisation in the local business community and act as an advocate for small business customers
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams, ideally across multiple locations
• Strong background in business or commercial banking, with demonstrated credit and lending experience
• Sound financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L outcomes
• Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across internal and external networks
• Demonstrated ability to balance growth objectives with risk and compliance requirements
• Experience working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
