As a Manager, Premier Relationships, you’ll lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering NAB’s signature experience for our Premier customers. As Manager, Premier Relationships, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Premier bankers, creating a culture of customer obsession, advocacy and accountability
- Deliver exceptional experiences for our Premier customers, supporting their complex financial needs across lending, deposits and wealth pathways
- Drive team performance to achieve customer, growth and retention outcomes aligned to regional and enterprise goals
- Embed NAB’s Premier Value Proposition and Ways of Working across Retail, Private Home Lending and Direct channels
- Ensure operational excellence through strong risk awareness, compliance practices and governance
- Coach and support bankers through regular feedback, performance conversations and capability uplift

We’re looking for experience in:
- Leading and developing teams within complex lending or relationship banking environments
- Relationship management across face‑to‑face and direct customer channels
- Coaching, performance management and capability building
- Navigating risk, compliance and operational frameworks in a regulated environment
