As a member of the Digital Sales Personalisation team you will lead the continuous optimisation of a personalisation program that drives uplift in consumer sales (and limited activation) journeys across nab.com.au and parts of secure channels including the NAB App and Internet Banking.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating within a cross-functional team of analysts, digital sales leads, and key partners such as content and design, to ensure seamless integration and execution to deliver and optimise a plan of personalised experiences designed to achieve customer outcomes that align to our goals and stakeholders’ plans
  • Work across our internal stakeholders and relevant production partners to develop and productionize personalised experiences with compelling messaging, while achieving the necessary approvals to ensure our personalised activity is accurate, compliant and well managed
  • Analysing and segmenting data to establish key target audiences for experiences, ensuring we are using the right inclusion and exclusion criteria
  • Setting clear success criteria for initiatives to ensure the relevant measurement setup to help measure, optimize, and stopping initiatives based on the success metrics

You’ll also support on:

  • Working with stakeholders to leverage marketing technology and capability, to establish best practice guidelines and frameworks for working
  • Shape requirements for martech, experience and content capability/componentry enhancements into tech teams for delivery
  • Uplifting execution processes and maturity to deliver efficiently and safely
  • Building a culture of learning and excellence by mentoring and coaching team members and colleagues

What will you bring (we don’t expect you to have all of these, but a good balance will be essential to being successful in the role):

  • Strong experience in personalisation or direct (1:1) marketing with a proven track record delivering complex campaigns, customer journeys within a large organisation.
  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Experimentation / A/B Testing, and/or related tooling such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, with demonstrated commercial outcomes
  • Able to keep track of personalisation activity across our area and bring best practice to the initiatives you work on
  • Data savvy and comfortable exploring simple analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics to understand customer behaviour, initiative performance and identify opportunities
  • A strong commercial background, able to clearly articulate how your work impacts outcomes that matter to your area, your stakeholders and the bank as a whole
  • A self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset who brings excellence to execution
  • A natural leader who can create the vision and help colleagues navigate through ambiguity, support efforts to deliver key outcomes
  • A curious person who connects outside and inside NAB to leverage latest thinking, providing practical/relevant ideas, improvements and fit-for-purpose solutions
