In the role of a Project Manager, you will join the HICAPS – Business Delivery Team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the implementation of complex, initiatives from initiation through to go-live and benefits realisation
• Drive disciplined execution across scope, schedule, cost and quality, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Go‑to‑Market and external partners to manage dependencies and delivery commitments
• Establish and lead effective governance forums, proactively managing risks, issues and escalations
• Own go‑to‑market and operational readiness, including rollout planning, cutover, training and transition to support
• Provide clear, executive‑ready reporting on delivery status, financials, risks and decisions
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, complex technology, digital or transformation programs end‑to‑end
• Strong technical literacy, with the confidence to challenge solution design, estimates and delivery risk
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple teams and workstreams in complex environments
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build confidence under pressure
• Experience operating across Product, Technology, Operations and Go‑to‑Market functions
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Technology, Engineering or similar)
