As the Senior Consultant, Performance & Reward, you will be part of the Performance & Rewards team that's doubling down on customer obsession, leading the Performance and Reward Data & Analytics modelling and reporting capability.

Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To

  • Lead the design, governance and delivery of Performance and Reward data, analytics, modelling, AI enabled products and job architecture data assets that underpin performance, reward and workforce decision making.
  • Own the enablement, integrity and application of Job Architecture as a core enterprise data product, to ensure its accurately embedded across performance, reward, workforce and talent analytics.
  • Lead the AI and advanced analytics ensuring insights are ethical, explainable, risk‑aware and aligned to enterprise governance standards for performance and reward.
  • Own the performance and reward data architecture, ensuring integrated systems, strong data lineage, quality controls and reduced manual risk.
  • Lead a high‑capability data and analytics team that operates as trusted advisors partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture, Finance, Risk, Technology and Business leaders to enable evidence‑based, scalable and compliant decisions.
  • Identify, manage and escalate data, model and insight risks, and support audit, regulatory and senior governance requirements with high‑quality analytics.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership Performance & Reward role.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise Performance and Reward analytics, including applied modelling.
  • Advanced capability in Power BI, Power Query, data modelling and semantic layer design coupled with deep experience in AI‑enabled analytics or advanced decision‑support tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise HR systems and data architectures, preferably Workday.
  • Experience operating in regulated, complex enterprise environments with a strong understanding of risk, governance and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven AI Proficiency, leveraging automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve cycle efficiency, quality assurance, and documentation.
  • Ability to lead and scale high‑performing analytics teams.
  • Experience supporting Board or Committee‑level decision making is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders through data‑led insight with proven ability to translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights.
