In the role of Business Banking Manager 3, Leave & Relief, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Be responsible for multiple portfolios of clients, covering banker leave and vacancies across regional Victoria.
• Own the day-to-day customer experience, compliance, and transactional requirements.
• Support customers through their banking needs, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
• Work with buddy bankers across the region to identify and refer new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively within your local team and contribute to team culture and initiatives.
• Prepare and submit customer applications and lending proposals.
