As the Consultant Change, you will join our Personal Banking Enablement team supporting delivery of critical initiatives that enhance customer experiences, drive operational excellence and ensure We Win Together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities.
- Accountable for developing robust interventions required to increase performance of bankers across all drivers using foundation of capability programs, onboarding, Great Customer Conversations/Inspire and other frameworks to support business goals.
- Work with a variety of PB teams to implement improvement initiatives across PB, including in Retail, Proprietary Home Lending, and PB COO. Drive identification of stakeholder and business impacts and assess organisational readiness.
- Develop communications approaches and execute intervention activities that support all stakeholder groups impacted by initiatives/projects.
- Complete training needs analyses, develop training approaches & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc.
- Work with adjacent PB Enablement functions (i.e. PB Learning, PB Capability), to develop suitable interventions.
- Develop success metrics, create plans to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise initiative/project benefits.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated end-to-end change management experience, in the banking and finance sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, frameworks and tools.
- Strong growth mindset and a practical approach in delivering an impactful change experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and self-driven for independent change activities.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments highly regarded
