In the role of a Personal Assistant, you will join our CIO PB&D (Personal Banking & Direct) team within T&EO that is doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage complex calendars & space bookings to ensure Executives’ time is structured according to their priorities and that they are prepared for internal and external meetings.

  • Ensure all business operations & administrative matters are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks.

  • Manage domestic & international travel arrangements including booking, managing changes and visa applications where applicable.

  • Ensure individuals across the team adhere to NAB policies and processes, proactively raise any events or issues.

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of Executive’s direct report employees including managing Colleague Connect actions.

  • Collaborate & share knowledge with the Assistant network within CIO PB&D & T&EO teams to deliver and drive operational efficiency for the Executives & their teams.

  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all aspects of your work ensuring compliance with external legislation, NAB standards and internal policies and procedures.

  • Support engagement, culture and compliance across the leadership team, including mandatory training and ad‑hoc projects.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Track record of experience in executive support roles in a fast-moving environment.

  • A growth mindset and flexible, adaptable, collaborative and proactive approach with an ability to manage multiple priorities with high level of attention to detail.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of highly matrixed organisations.

  • Experienced in handling highly sensitive/confidential information & documentations.

  • Outstanding organisational & time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.

  • Experienced in MS 365 applications and Adobe.
