In the role of Executive Assistant (Executive Enterprise Property & Strategic Sourcing), you will join the Enterprise Property & Strategic Sourcing team that’s doubling down on moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Provide high‑level executive and administrative support to an executive and senior leaders, enabling seamless day‑to‑day operations
  • Proactively manage complex diaries, meetings and travel, balancing competing priorities and confidential matters
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing leaders with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and coordinate high‑quality correspondence, presentations, agendas and papers
  • Support effective governance through meeting coordination, minute‑taking, action tracking and follow‑ups
  • Manage expenses, approvals and administrative processes accurately and efficiently
  • Anticipate needs, identify issues early and resolve problems with sound judgement and initiative
  • Collaborate with other EAs and business support teams to share best practice and deliver consistent support

  • Proven experience providing high‑level executive support in a complex, fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to stay ahead of changing demands
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, operating with confidence and professionalism
  • High attention to detail with sound judgement when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues early
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Calm, resilient and adaptable, maintaining effectiveness under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong service orientation and commitment to quality support
