We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to elevate nabtrade’s voice across social platforms, bringing market insights to life and building meaningful engagement with investors across Australia.
This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity, curiosity and drive - someone who’s always exploring new ideas, turning insights into standout content, and moving quickly to deliver impact. You’ll thrive on experimenting, spotting trends and bringing fresh thinking to how nabtrade shows up on social.
Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To
- Develop and execute a high-impact social media strategy to grow nabtrade’s audience and brand presence
- Create engaging, insight-led content across key social platforms, translating complex market insights into compelling stories
- Drive brand awareness and audience growth through innovative, trend-led content and campaigns
- Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation and briefing to delivery and optimisation
- Collaborate with Market Insights experts, NAB Communications and stakeholders to deliver aligned messaging
- Monitor performance and leverage analytics and trends to optimise content, inform strategy and maintain relevance
- Senior-level experience in social media, content production or digital marketing
- Proven success delivering social strategies that drive growth, engagement and brand awareness
- Strong capability in creating high-performing, platform-native content (incl. video)
- Ability to translate complex topics, ideally financial markets, into engaging content
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance optimisation
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills
