In the role of Consultant, Marketing Campaigns, 12 month fixed term contract, you will join the Business and Private Banking Marketing team, that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers whilst keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- To deliver marketing campaigns that are relevant, timely to our high net worth and mass affluent clients with a focus on investment-based campaigns for nabtrade.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated nabtrade marketing campaigns, partnering closely with external agencies as the creative lead to develop and implement brand and themed campaigns each quarter.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to traffic and execute campaign assets across above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) channels, including email, website, paid media and social.
- Ensure consistent application of nabtrade brand guidelines across all communications and channel activity, championing best practice marketing ways of working.
- Build, optimise and execute lifecycle and recurring campaigns to drive engagement, product utilisation and deeper relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including engagement metrics and customer outcomes, translating insights into clear recommendations for optimisation.
- Work cross-functionally to respond to market dynamics, implementing changes to campaigns in-market at pace to maximise performance or mitigate risk.
- Support marketing insight and educational content publishing across platforms such as AEM, Adobe Campaign and other CMS tools where required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across brand, marketing, product and risk to align on campaign execution and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience leading end to end marketing campaign delivery, with a strong focus on creative and content execution, ideally within Banking and Financial Services.
- Demonstrated capability in designing and delivering targeted 1:1 and paid media campaigns across digital channels.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to ensure consistency across campaigns and channel set and clearly define campaign sequencing and execution pathways.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, generate insights and drive optimisation.
- Strong project management skills, with experience working in agile, fast-paced, cross functional environments.
- Experience partnering with external marketing agencies to develop and deliver high quality campaign assets.
- Hands-on experience using Adobe Campaign (or equivalent email marketing platforms) and Adobe Analytics (or similar web analytics tools).
