In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will work with Business & Private Bank Marketing Team that’s doubling down on winning together!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the development of customer and marketing strategies that drive growth and deliver against key business objectives
- Own end-to-end marketing programs across the domain, from strategy through to working alongside the delivery squad for execution, optimisation and performance tracking
- Translate insights, data and customer behaviour into clear go-to-market plans, value propositions and targets
- Deliver against commercial objectives, optimising marketing investment to maximise revenue, acquisition and customer outcomes
- Set and embed measurement frameworks to track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, helping set priorities, shape initiatives and drive execution through cross-functional teams
- Partner across Product, Marketing, T&O and external agencies to ensure cohesive, high-impact customer outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn data, insights and ambiguity into clear, actionable marketing strategies
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, understanding P&L drivers and optimising marketing investment for ROI
- Expertise across marketing analytics, segmentation, channel strategy and performance measurement
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving outcomes
- Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect the dots and tell a compelling story
- Significant experience in marketing, customer strategy or insights (ideally within financial services or complex environments)
