As a Senior Consultant in Deposits Portfolio Management, you are responsible for developing insights on the performance of the Retail Deposits business including customer behaviour, segment performance, growth, and key financial performance metrics.
You will use your deep understanding of product dynamics and market trends to shape strategy, identify opportunities and execute on initiatives to optimize the Deposit portfolio.
This is a key role in the Portfolio Management team, with high visibility and the scope to deliver real business value.

Each day you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Perform analysis and generate insights to inform strategy and efficiently manage the portfolio, applying a customer lifecycle lens to understand acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and value.
- Use insights to drive change across the deposits value chain, including developing commercial initiatives and business cases that deliver value.
- Work closely with marketing to assess and optimise the performance of our campaigns, including targeting, segmentation, offer design and performance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management across Personal Everyday Banking, Personal Bank and enablement functions, including preparing materials for forums and working groups.
- Manage the financial performance of the Personal Everyday Banking business with accuracy and commercial clarity.
- Build collaborative and influential relationships with stakeholders and colleagues to achieve business goals effectively.
- Partner with data stakeholders to understand existing data assets and drive development of new datasets that strengthen performance management.
- Manage and prioritise the backlog of opportunities and set realistic, transparent delivery timeframes.
- Mentor and coach colleagues within the team and broader business to uplift capability and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience within financial and/or Wealth services in an analytical, financial or product role.
- Demonstrated understanding of Banking (Financial Products) and internal operations of the Bank
- Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making
- Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders and teams
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Experience in Data and/or Finance highly regarded
