In the role of Head of Small Business SA WA, you will join our Small Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead and inspire your teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for small business customers and achieve sustainable growth
• Execute strategic priorities by translating enterprise strategy into clear, actionable plans across your regions
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to influence outcomes to deliver for Small Business and remove barriers to success
• Coach and develop leaders, build a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing culture
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated experience managing a large distribution teams and as a leader of leaders
• A customer-first mindset, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for small business customers
• Strong strategic thinking capability, translating strategy into clear execution across regions and teams
• Commercial and personal lending background expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner across the enterprise at and executive level
