Legal Counsel role delivering specialist employment law advice within a large‑scale payroll remediation programme.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Deliver employment law advice to support a large, complex payroll remediation programme
• Act as a support to the key legal partner to a dedicated remediation squad, resolving nuanced and sensitive employment matters
• Identify, assess and manage legal risk while enabling timely and practical remediation outcomes
• Provide clear, commercially pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders across Legal, HR and the business
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to legal frameworks, guidance and post‑matter reviews
• Coordinate effectively with internal legal colleagues and external advisers as required

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:

• Admitted legal practitioner with a current Australian practising certificate
• Strong post‑qualification experience in employment and industrial relations law
• Experience working within large, regulated organisations or complex programmes (e.g. remediation, transformation, compliance)
• Ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice while balancing risk, customer and business outcomes
