As a Business Banking Manager - Broker, you’ll join this high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Grow the Finance Broker network to identify new opportunities to support customers with business banking options and provide sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and deepening of client relationships.
• Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
• Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
• Ensure the Brokers and Customers feel supported and valued.
• Manage day to day compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in business banking products and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
