In the role of Consultant, Diagnostics & Solutions, you will join the Enterprise Simplification team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To
- Lead diagnostic reviews to uncover root causes of complex business challenges and identify opportunities to simplify, improve performance and enhance customer outcomes.
- Use data analysis, process mining and value stream methods to generate insights and prioritise high-impact improvement opportunities.
- Design practical, innovative solutions across processes, technology, governance and operating models to drive measurable business results.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, build alignment and influence support for simplification initiatives.
- Develop clear benefit cases, success measures and reporting to track outcomes and demonstrate value realisation.
- Support the delivery and implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective execution and sustainable change.
- Create high-quality materials, frameworks and standards to support diagnostics, solution design and continuous improvement practices.
- Provide guidance, training and knowledge sharing to uplift capability and embed process intelligence across the business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to unpack complex challenges and turn insights into practical solutions.
- Experience in process improvement, diagnostics, re-engineering or operational excellence within complex environments.
- Capability to use data, process mining and value stream thinking to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Commercial acumen and sound judgement, with the ability to balance customer, business, risk and operational considerations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information and present clear recommendations.
- Adaptability and resilience to work through ambiguity, manage competing priorities and support change in fast-paced environments.
- Relevant experience or qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mining or related disciplines would be highly regarded.
