In the role of Branch Manager, you will join our retail team contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

- Work quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
- Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities
- Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers and partners; making sure everyone within your team understands the importance of delivering this every time
- Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
- Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
- Customer-centric thinking
- Ability to Influence, coach, and work collaboratively your team
- A passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
- A keen eye for detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
