In the role of a Senior Consultant, Brand & Campaigns, you’ll join the Customer & Insights team within the HICAPS Growth function. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering integrated brand and marketing campaigns that build awareness, trust and engagement and ultimately support business growth of overall business performance of HICAPS.

You’ll Make An Impact Each Day By

  • Lead the brand strategy and marketing plan, ensuring a consistent, distinctive and customer-led brand experience.
  • Develop and deliver integrated brand and acquisition campaigns aligned to growth priorities.
  • Own creative direction and storytelling, driving impactful, insight-led campaigns and content.
  • Oversee channel strategy and campaign execution across Above the Line (ATL) marketing and digital, including campaign planning and governance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You’ll Bring To This Role

  • Significant experience in brand and campaign marketing with a strong delivery track record.
  • Expertise in integrated campaign planning, brand strategy and creative development.
  • Strong understanding of ATL and digital channel mix and how to use them effectively together.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to optimise performance and drive outcomes.
