  • Lead the capability roadmap that underpins mortgage pricing decision-making across the bank
  • Drive the evolution of pricing tools, governance, data, analytics and operating models
  • Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Risk, Technology and Distribution to deliver sustainable capability uplift

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of mortgage pricing capability at scale. You'll lead a critical workstream responsible for improving pricing decision quality through better tools, data, governance and ways of working. Combining strategic thinking, delivery leadership and stakeholder influence, you'll drive initiatives that enhance customer outcomes, profitability and risk management while building long-term organisational capability.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
  • Own and deliver the pricing capability roadmap aligned to the broader mortgage pricing strategy
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable pricing frameworks, tools, governance and data assets
  • Drive cross-functional workstream planning, prioritisation and dependency management
  • Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Technology, Data and Analytics teams to deliver capability uplift initiatives
  • Translate business needs and strategic priorities into practical requirements, solutions and adoption plans
  • Balance customer, volume, margin, risk and profitability considerations when shaping pricing capability outcomes
  • Monitor roadmap progress, benefits realisation, controls and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Lead governance forums and support strong pricing decision-making disciplines
  • Influence senior stakeholders to build alignment, manage trade-offs and drive successful adoption of new capabilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
  • Experience in pricing, product, strategy, commercial banking or financial services environments
  • Strong leadership experience delivering capability, tooling, operating model or transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead complex workstreams and drive outcomes across large, matrixed organisations
  • Experience developing business cases, defining requirements, managing benefits and embedding governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics, modelling and decision-making processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders across multiple business functions
  • Ability to translate complex analytics and business priorities into practical processes, tools and ways of working
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and dependency management capability
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline highly regarded
