In the role of Senior Health Banking Manager, you will join the Health Relationship team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Manage and retain a portfolio of established health sector clients, ensuring strong service and continuity

• Strengthen existing relationships and identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes

• Support lending activity, including credit structuring and deal execution

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and risk management

• Maintain high levels of client engagement to protect and grow portfolio value

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• In-depth banking experience with strong relationship management expertise

• Demonstrated ability to manage and retain complex client portfolios

• Deep understanding of the health sector and its commercial drivers

• Strong credit and financial analysis capability

• Highly organised with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
