In this Associate SB Onboarding role you will:

• Support the onboarding of customers, a must win battle for NAB.
• Complete the onboarding and managing of customers who have applied through nab.com.au
• Proactively resolving queries at the first point of contact and ensuring every touchpoint adds value
• Embrace change early, recognising its potential to improve processes and deliver better outcomes for both the business and our customers
• Contribute to team performance by managing shared workflows, maintaining service levels, and supporting portfolio activity during banker absences

What you'll bring

• Banking/financial services experience
• Understanding of onboarding end to end process and workflow and management.
• Experience with risk and compliance obligations.
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Proactive attitude
