You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Developing a structured sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and foster customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Utilising NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
- Assisting in writing, processing, and executing lending proposals, providing tailored financial solutions to healthcare clients.
- Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
- Utilising your expertise, knowledge of the business lending process and customer obsession to manage your stakeholder relationships and portfolios.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Business banking and relationship management experience. Established relationships within health sector, or a strong desire to expand into health preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances.
- Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
- Resilience and adaptability to an ever-evolving industry.
- A genuine passion for customer service and extensive customer facing experience.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial judgement.
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
