As a Product Analyst, Consumer Cards (BOQ/VMA), you'll join the Consumer Cards team and play an important role in shaping customer engagement strategies and portfolio initiatives. Working across a diverse range of activities, you'll help deliver customer communications, analyse portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
  • Manage customer escalations, complaints, incidents and identify opportunities to improve customer experience through customer feedback, complaints analysis and insight generation
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful customer and business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain reporting that provides insights into operational performance, NPS and key portfolio trends
  • Support the development and delivery of customer communications
  • Manage finance-related activities including purchase orders and invoicing
  • Ensure all activities comply with governance, regulatory and control requirements
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve customer engagement, operational efficiency and portfolio performance
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, engagement and customer experience principles

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build effective working relationships across teams

  • Strong project coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on governance, compliance and risk management

  • Product management experience within banking, financial services, cards or payments industries highly regarded

  • Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors is advantageous

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline preferred
