We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead Manager, who excels in steering teams and is backed by a robust foundation in algorithms, data structures, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming. Our ideal candidate thrives in a dual role - contributing individually while also dedicating time to mentorship, shaping junior engineers into accomplished professionals. As a key player, you will define optimal team structures, enforce best practices and delegate workload distribution to prevent burnouts, foster inter-department collaboration, and enhance overall organisational synchronicity.

Some of the things you will contribute to:- Master design elements and tooling, encompassing assemblies, environments, formulas, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
- Write production-quality code to support our engineering grade models, and 3D visualisations.
- Build simulation engines that scale across millions of assets
- Optimise and debug rendering and memory performance
- Develop algorithms to generate accurate models from imperfect data
- Develop data structures that can perform in real-time with user interaction on large underlying data sets
- Work with a variety of data sources, including LiDAR, aerial photography & photogrammetry,
- Work on real-time collaboration & live update algorithms
- Serve as a strong delivery role model and bring clarity to ambiguous projects
- Lift the technical bar, and drive high quality engineering practices across the engineering department to ensure high-quality, correct code output,
- Lead projects and mentor both junior and senior engineers in hybrid teams.
- Algorithms and data structures
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS/SASS
- Proficient in one of Python, Java, Kotlin, C++, Rust
- Familiarity with Dartcode and FEA experience is highly desirable.
- Domain experience within the geospatial/utility space is a plus.
- Mathematical reasoning ability - Mechanical/Civil engineering knowledge a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
