Our Infrastructure and Security team is leading the way in technology enablement to help our boat go faster! We are after a forward thinker and for someone to guide our decision making on how things get engineered in our organisation.

- Design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient Azure-based solutions.

- Be a key voice in architectural decisions across the Azure ecosystem.

- Mentor, collaborate with, and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and support teams to deliver impactful services.

- Drive innovation by introducing modern engineering practices, automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform).

We’re building with:

- Azure-native services (App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor)

- CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps

- IaC with Terraform

- Observability with Application Insights and Log Analytics

- Security at the core of any solution

· Experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure and potentially other cloud platforms.

· A good grasp of cloud architecture, security, and performance best practices.

· A demonstrated passion for standardised, scalable and secure solution design/implementation.

· You are a trusted voice among peers - whether through mentoring, technical direction, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing or architectural ownership.

· A passion for solving complex problems and delivering real-world impact.
