This role is pivotal in embedding and measuring the impact of learning solutions that drive lasting behavioural change across our customer teams.
What you’ll be doing:
As our Customer Way Training Advisor, you will:
· Create and maintain a suite of tools, modules, and content to enable front-line teams to execute the Customer Way.
· Collaborate with colleagues in the Customer Way team and Learning & Organisational Development (LOD) partners to anticipate emerging training requirements.
· Partner with LOD experts to lift the capability of the front line using best practice.
· Build close relationships with people leaders, empowering them to lead high-performing front-line teams.
· Ensure all Customer Way processes, tools, systems, training, and collateral remain relevant and are championed across the Customer Team, sharing knowledge with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Leverage data to identify quality issues early and determine where training can support consistent, high-quality execution of the Customer Way.
What you’ll need to be successful:
You'll be an organised, innovative, and customer-focused professional with:
· Experience in Learning and Organisational Development, able to apply LOD principles to create impactful learning experiences.
· Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
· A proactive, customer-centric approach with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· The ability to deliver innovative learning experiences and provide ‘moments of delight’.
· Flexibility to adapt to change and make effective decisions, even with incomplete information.
· Initiative and forward-thinking, staying calm under pressure and recommending actions to close gaps.
· Digital savviness, understanding key digital platforms and how new technologies can improve experiences.
· A collaborative mindset, recognising the value of teamwork with wider stakeholders to deliver improved outcomes.
