✅ We’re hiring a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

📍 Location: Flexible to hire remotely across Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne

I’m running a confidential search for a CRO to join an OIF-backed B2B SaaS company entering a critical growth phase - think global expansion, deep enterprise traction, and a product that’s solving complex problems in a compliance-heavy space.

We're looking for a commercial leader to build and scale predictable revenue across ANZ and international markets (US is a priority). You’ll lead sales, partner closely with marketing and CS, and bring strategic rigour to the GTM machine.

This may be a fantastic role if you:

• Have scaled enterprise SaaS sales (ACVs ~$150k+)
• Have built or rebuilt GTM functions across regions
• Are obsessed with pipeline, process and performance
• Believe in operational excellence
• Have helped scale VC-backed startups going from Series A to B (or beyond!)
• Can lead with both heart and numbers - building teams that perform and stick

This is a rare opportunity to further build and take leadership of a small but high-performing team, with direct access to the CEO, and the chance to shape global scale.
