At Ordermentum we are on a mission to become the single platform of choice for all food and beverage companies to manage orders, facilitate payment and discover new products and services that save time and money.

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our Supplier Success team in Sydney & Melbourne. This role is crucial in driving growth and retention by ensuring customers get the most value from our platform.

What you’ll do

  • Identify common customer challenges and proactively provide solutions.
  • Drive growth within your accounts by uncovering, scoping, and qualifying opportunities for customers to maximise Ordermentum’s features.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and influence upsell opportunities to create lasting value.
  • Deliver insights to help customers trade smarter and achieve their business goals.
  • Coach customers to become product experts and drive engagement.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Capture customer success stories and drive advocacy through case studies and references.
  • Engage 1:1 with key stakeholders at critical stages of their journey.
  • Work closely with the Supplier Success Lead and contribute to team OKRs and individual targets.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support role.
  • Proven success in driving upsell and growth within accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate key messages clearly and succinctly.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent prioritisation and planning skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in change management environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in the food & beverage industry or a corporate role within the sector.
