At Ordermentum we are on a mission to become the single platform of choice for all food and beverage companies to manage orders, facilitate payment and discover new products and services that save time and money.

We are recruiting a driven, self motivated Venue Activation Specialist to join our Supplier Onboarding team in Sydney & Melbourne to accelerate our venue activations. You will have the ability to navigate change and deliver key priorities whilst liaising with the business to ensure the customer has the tools for success.

As a crucial role in the business, this individual is the conduit between the Supplier, Venue & Ordermentum. The successful candidate will be able to build rapport easily, decipher broad business principles & processes and maintain customer relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the bridge between venues and suppliers: Support activation campaigns by fostering strong connections and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Optimise supplier adoption and venue activation: Collaborate with the Supplier Onboarding and Venue Team to improve activation rates and drive platform usage.
  • Engage venues through outbound communication: Maintain a high-contact cadence via phone calls, emails, and texts to manage campaign activities and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide valuable insights to internal teams: Deliver feedback to the Product, Onboarding, and Sales teams to refine our venue activation strategy and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure a seamless handover process: Establish clear processes for transitioning venues into ongoing support and venue account management teams.

What you’ll have:

  • Outbound prospecting & objection handling expertise – demonstrated ability to engage, persuade, and convert B2B customers.
  • Industry experience in Food & Beverage (highly desirable) – a background in hospitality or wholesale distribution will be a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding phone communication skills – ability to build rapport, engage decision-makers, and drive action over the phone.
  • Customer-centric mindset – a strong willingness and genuine desire to help venues and suppliers foster better relationships.
  • Exceptional follow-up and attention to detail – meticulous in tracking tasks, reporting insights, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow – driven to learn, improve processes, and contribute to a rapidly scaling business.
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills – this role requires frequent coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
