One of our early-stage Consumer portfolio companies is looking to hire a Head of Manufacturing to work closely with the Founders as they increase the number of factories they have and scale exponentially.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing Production, QA/QC, and Plant Operations teams across sites
• Manage production across all 3PMs ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery
• Implement SOPs and ensure food safety & quality standards
• Drive margin improvement, production accounting, cost controls, and vendor negotiations
• Identify and onboard new 3rd party manufacturers to support business growth
• Set systems for scale, solve challenges at the root, and improve overall productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 10 to 15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing
• Strong understanding of 3PM operations, plant efficiency, QA/QC, and cost control
• Proven ability to lead teams, build systems, and scale manufacturing networks
• Commercially sharp with a problem-solving, execution-first mindset
• Strong knowledge of best industry practices
• Someone interested in building a consumer giant from the ground up
