Fam is India's first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 million+ youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

About this role:

At Fam, we believe that - Content is King.

This isn’t a typical marketing role. We’re looking for a creative leader who thinks in memes and reels but dreams in brand strategy. Someone who can spot a trend before it trends, turn insights into ideas, and rally a crew of writers, designers, and creators to make magic happen.

You’ll be the north star for our brand voice, the architect behind our content IPs, and the creator for campaigns that drive both eyeballs and impact. If you’ve ever wanted to run your own mini media house inside a rocketship startup — this is your shot.

On the Job

• Lead Fam’s content and marketing team to create highly engaging content
• End to end ownership for all our social media channels - Instagram, Youtube, etc
• Be the creative head for all our regular content IPs and advertisements
• Helping in building a team - Hiring, managing work and growth of marketing team
• Planning roadmaps for marketing and own the delivery timelines
• Give regular feedback on ideas, content, design to the team
• Collaborate with the product and design teams for GTMs, product related content

Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

• 7+ years of overall relevant experience
• Atleast 2 years experience doing all things social media and content
• Experience of working with a team of copy writers, designers, video editors and analysts. It’s a must have that you have worked directly with a creative/ marketing team
• Experience working with a tech consumer brand (Even as the creative agency person)
• Hands on experience in building and scaling a brand story in India
• Directly collaborated with creators and influencers to create content for social media

Good to have

• Experience with running performance marketing, SEO or ads
• Experience with offline marketing - ATL BTL activities
• Worked directly to produce advertisements
• Any experience with managing PR and media relations
