As part of business expansion plan, we are looking for a high performing candidate
in business development, to help us grow revenue share in Maritime shipping
industry. This is an individual contributor role, based in SG, part of SUNRATE Global
Institutions team, directly accountable for revenue delivery, through selling
SUNARTE Payment Solutions including cards/fx/ global payout /collections, to
Maritime shipping industry.
Responsibilities:
l Identify, engage and acquire new clients from Maritime industry, and deliver
revenue through selling SUNRATE payment solutions
l Manage the end-to-end sales cycle of maritime payment solutions selling,
including lead generation, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation and
solution implementations
l Build and maintain strong relationships with the key clients of maritime
industry, increase clients' lifetime value by cross-selling and up-selling.
Requirement:
l Minimum 5 years of proven experience & success in sales / Business
Development in maritime shipping industry or selling payment solutions to
maritime shipping industry
l Strong network of contacts within Maritime sectors or prior working
experience in Maritime industry is a plus
l Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, treasury management, and
commercial cards will be a plus
l Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a
startup or fast-paced environment.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- l Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
