One of our B2B SaaS portfolio companies building in the AI Agent space is looking for a Head of Customer Success to join the business, and help them scale their CS capabilities from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Founders to shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy
- Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport
- Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed
- Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support
- Drive expansion across multiple threads/verticals/use-cases in the business
- Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Prior B2B SaaS Customer Success experience is critical
- Prior experience dealing with enterprise clients
- Somewhat with technical knowledge would be an advantage
- Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have
- Proactive and hustler mentality
