One of our Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, dynamic Head of Customer Success to join the business and drive all onboarding, usage, and renewal programs for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Founders to shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy
  • Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport
  • Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed
  • Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support
  • Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals

Qualifications

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Prior B2B Customer Success experience is critical
  • Prior experience dealing with BFSI clients would be an advantage
  • Someone with technical knowledge would be an advantage
  • Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
