One of our Fintech portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, dynamic Head of Customer Success to join the business and drive all onboarding, usage, and renewal programs for the business.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Founders to shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategy
- Proactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapport
- Drives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressed
- Build and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and support
- Encouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referrals
Qualifications
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience
- Prior B2B Customer Success experience is critical
- Prior experience dealing with BFSI clients would be an advantage
- Someone with technical knowledge would be an advantage
- Technology or Start-up experience is nice to have
- Proactive and hustler mentality
