One of our Infrastructure-SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the business and help the Founder scale the organization across the entire business including setting up and building the Singapore office and entity from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advisor to the Founder on business strategy across all parts of the business
• Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales/commercial focused
• Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don’t have clear owners
• Lead company-wide initiatives
• Drive revenue and capacity planning
• Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards

Requirements

• Someone with at least 2 to 5 years of experience
• Someone excited about joining a 0 to 1 journey
• An interest in getting deep into setting up a business
• Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
• Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
