What You'll Do

• Roadmap & Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and iteration, ensuring a process-driven approach to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

• Growth & User Acquisition: Oversee product-led growth initiatives, working closely with marketing and business development to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement across all product lines.
• User Experience & Design: Champion a user-centric design philosophy, ensuring intuitive, delightful, and impactful user experiences across our mobile applications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with engineering, business development, sales, operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure product-market fit, smooth launches, and operational excellence.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of fintech trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and maintain [The Company]'s competitive edge.

Who You Are

• You have 8-10 years of progressive experience in product management, with a significant portion in leading product teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Candidates with 15+ years of experience may be overqualified for the specific leadership style and stage of growth we are seeking.
• Strong expertise in building and scaling B2C mobile applications is essential, ideally within the fintech domain (consumer lending, payments, investments, or financial wellness).
• Proven track record of managing product, design, and growth functions simultaneously.
• A process-driven approach to product development, with experience implementing and optimizing product frameworks and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team of product managers and designers.
