One of our SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a Senior leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity for fast-growing SMB/Mid-Market companies.
Responsibilities
- Own overall strategy across core revenue targets and partnerships
- Help drive GTM strategy across channels and markets for the business
- Manage a team of close to 20 to drive all commercial activity
- Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos
- Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- At least 7 to 10 years of sales experience is preferred
- Some prior experience managing a small team would be preferred
- Prior experience selling into mid-market would be preferred
- Prior experience growing teams
- Technology or Start-up experience
- Proactive and hustler mentality
