One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio companies is scaling at a tremendous pace, and with a solid wedge in the mid-market segment they are looking for a sales leader to join them and drive all commercial activity across India.
Responsibilities
- Own overall mid-market revenue targets for the India market
- Manage a team of BDRs and AEs to drive all commercial activity
- Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos
- Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 8 years of sales experience is preferred
- Some prior experience managing a small team would be preferred
- Prior experience selling into mid-market in India would be preferred
- Prior experience growing teams
- Technology or Start-up experience
- Proactive and hustler mentality
