One of our early-stage B2B SaaS portfolio companies has developed a proprietary AI-driven defect-detection system for the manufacturing industry, and after several succesful integrations with market leaders, they are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager/Head of Sales to join the business to drive all commercial activity in Malaysia.

Responsibilities-

  • Identify and prioritise ideal-fit customers
  • Target high-volume fabs, OSATs, and IDMs in SEA
  • Leverage existing industry relationships within the semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • Manage long enterprise sales cycles and drive pipeline & forecasting discipline
  • Craft tailored proposals & co-build ROI cases
  • Be a strategic partner to customers

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of sales experience is preferred
  • At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Regional sales experience across manufacturing hubs like Taiwan, Malaysia would be an advantage
  • Prior experience selling into manufacturing businesses is an advantage
  • Technology or Start-up experience
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
